Dr Boaz Boon
Senior Advisor to VestAsia

Boaz holds a Ph.D from Cambridge University (UK). Prior to joining CapitaLand in 2001, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Real Estate (National University of Singapore). He has also spent some time in the Ministry of National Development in charge of Public Housing. He has been invited to teach and deliver papers in many institutions such as the World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Bank for International Settlement.

Boaz was headhunted to join Capitaland as its Senior Vice President for Strategic Research. He led the Capitaland’s Research team covering Asia- Pacific region’s economic and real estate markets. His research supported the investment and management of Capitaland’s over USD 50 billion investments in the region. He covered economic and real estate market research in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, India, UAE, Kazakhstan, Russia and London. His research covered the residential, office, retail, serviced apartment markets, integrated resorts, industrial and logistics space, and real estate financial products like REITs and Property Funds.

Other than conducting real estate research on the regional property markets that Capitaland has a presence and on emerging markets, he was also responsible for enhancing CapitaLand’s real estate and technical capabilities through the design and delivery of executive programmes under CLIMB (CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business) as well as external programmes and other platforms for real estate development & learning.

He delivered a holistic and integrated approach which included forging strategic partnerships with educational institutions and bringing Capitaland’s attention to the latest real estate innovations and thinking to the Group through news, case studies, speaker seminars and other collaborations. He effectively facilitated three signature courses within Capitaland, i.e., RE100, Integrated Real Estate Development and Fundamentals of Real Estate for more than 10 years in South East Asia, UAE and China. To date, Boaz has trained thousands of participants in these courses. In addition, Boaz is a certified ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) trainer under the Singapore Workforce Development Authority (WDA).


Mdm Agnes Tan
Paralegal - Vision Law LLC

Agnes Tan is a Paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in handling conveyancing transactions.

Agnes graduated from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore with a Diploma in Para-Legal Studies. She has been awarded Statements of Attainment for Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), and is a qualified and competent WSQ trainer. She develops training materials and is an approved trainer for core Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities recognised by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) since 2011.

Passionate about the real estate industry, Agnes is generous when sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge acquired over the years. She conducts training and legal talks for real estate agencies – assisting and updating real estate salespersons on the development and current trends in the real estate industry.

Mr Alfred Chia
CEO, SingCapital Pte Ltd

Alfred is the CEO of SingCapital, a Financial Advisory firm licensed by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial advisory field serving both individuals and corporations, and sits on the board of various real estate funds as a non-executive director.

Graduating from the National University of Singapore, Alfred also holds professional qualifications – Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Fellow Chartered Financial Planner (FChFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP).

An ardent believer in the power of education, Alfred strives to share his knowledge through as many conduits as possible. He is the Creator and Chief Trainer for the popular program, 'Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner', for real estate and financial professionals. Alfred is also serving as FPAS (Financial Planning Association of Singapore) Editorial Board Chairman.

His insights and perspectives on various financial matters are widely sought after by numerous media channels from radio to TV.

An Associate Trainer at RCN for students enrolled in the Real Estate Agency (REA) course, she takes the welfare of the students and the reputation of the centre very seriously.

Real estate deeply interests Eunice and as such she has steadily built her credibility through the various real estate certifications. She has also built her credibility in adult education to complement her real estate qualifications. In addition to her existing credentials, she is currently pursuing her Masters in Professional Education with NTU/NIE.

Mr Rayney Wong

A lawyer by profession, Rayney has been practising Conveyancing and Real Estate Law for over 28 years. Following his passion for property investment, Rayney over the years assiduously acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge in the buying and selling of properties.

Well versed in law and taxation matters related to the property market, through seminars, lectures, and talks, Rayney has enlightened bankers, real estate agents, financial advisors, and members of the public on the intricacies of property investment. He has also personally coached numerous real estate agents, and on many occasions, saved more than a few from legal pitfalls.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, Rayney willingly imparts his vast accumulated knowledge and business acumen with his students at RCN where he conducts the CPD course.

Mr Terence Tan

Terence Tan, LLM, ACCA (Grad), Advocate and Solicitor for 20 years, is a specialist legal trainer and consultant. He formerly lectured at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore on Trusts Law. Mr Tan also teaches classes for various Australian University programs in Singapore. On top of that, he conducted many seminars for multinational corporations and statutory boards including Singapore Technologies, Yokogawa Engineering, Mediacorp etc. Recently, he has been conducting lectures on real estate law for real estate agencies such as ERA, C & H Properties and MORE Properties.

Terence was named in Parliament by the then Minister of Law for his comments on a loophole in the proposed Bankruptcy Act in 1995. His comments on bankruptcy legislation were expressly discussed by the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Currently, Terence is the Director of Alpha Law LLC. He is lecturer at Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Kaplan Singapore and legal and business consultant to Pinnacle Crystal Pte Ltd and Wellmix Organics (Int’l) Pte Ltd.

Mr Patrick Ong Tain Shen

Mr Patrick Ong has more than 26 years of experience in sales and marketing management. He have held several management positions throughout his previous career before he started his real estate career in 2009.

Patrick is an active real estate practitioner with years of experience in both HDB and Private residential properties. He is currently leading a team of RES focus in residential sale, rental and project transactions.

Patrick is very passionate to impart his knowledge, experiences and soft skill sets including different sale behaviours, people skills, sale performance and personal development. He is an ACTA (Advanced Certificate Training and Assessment) certified trainer.

Mr Lee Chiwi
Director and Chief Executive Officer (Rockwills Group Singapore)

Lee Chiwi is Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rockwills Group Singapore. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister-at- Law in 1986 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore in 1988. After qualification, he worked in various law firms in Singapore for some 16 years. His practice was focused in the areas of the corporate, fund industry and private client work. He was also employed as legal counsel at Haw Par Brothers International, a public listed conglomerate for three years before returning back to legal practice.

In 2004, he started his career in the trust services industry and was appointed Chief Executive of British and Malayan Trustees Limited, a public listed trust company from 2006 to 2007.

In 2008, he joined the Rockwills Group in Singapore as Chief Executive to spearhead Rockwills’ business in Estate Planning, Wills, administration of Trusts and Corporate Structures and Estate Planning Training. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Nanyang Business School. He is a TEP member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and was Chairman of the Singapore STEP Branch (2014/15). He was also designated ChT (Chartered Trustee) by the Singapore Trustees Association in 2015, a title borne only by senior trust practitioners in Singapore.

Chiwi is the author of various books including “The Rockwills Guide to Succession and Trusts in Wealth Management” and “Drafting of Trusts and Will Trusts” Singapore, with James Kessler Q.C., 2nd edition, 2015 and which is a legal practitioners’ reference book. He has also from time to time contributed articles in various Financial Journals on topics relating to financial advisory business, estate planning and trusts. He has also regularly been invited to speak at seminars and conferences on matters concerning these topics. He has notably been invited to speak at forums organized by the Institute of Banking and Finance and also given training on trust structures to tax officers at the Inland Revenue. He has also been adjunct faculty with the Singapore Management University, lecturing in the MSc Program in Wealth Management, (Estate Planning and Tax).

Mr Nicholas Nah

Mr Nicholas Nah is the Business Development Director of Real Centre Holding Pte. Ltd. He is also the Associate Team/Division Director of Real Centre International where he provides mentorship and training to sales associates. Nick is a CPD trainer for Real Centre Network and his course “Art of Effective Negotiation and Closing” is popular among RCN students and graduates.

Mr Kent Soo
Group Associate Director (Real Centre International)

Kent Soo is the Group Associate Director of Real Centre International with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously from Knight Frank, Kent is popular with RCN students for our signature Real Estate Salesperson (RES) course. He is also a Real Estate Agency (REA) and CPD trainer for courses such as Marketing Singapore’s Real Estate with Draft Master Plan 2019, Private Residential, HDB Leasing and Sales. Kent is a certified NLP coach.

Mr Chris Koh
Director and Key Executive Officer (Chris International)

Mr Chris Koh is the Director and Key Executive Officer of Chris International. As a veteran in the real estate industry with more than 23 years of experience, Chris’ views and comments are regularly quoted in the media.

Chris has conducted many real estate related courses, sales training programs and corporate boot camps. He is also a certified profiling-trainer, fully-equipped with the knowledge to help participants understand people around them better.

Proficient in addressing both large assemblies and small groups, Chris has conducted talks for organizations such as the Republic of Singapore Air Force, AXA Life Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd, Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and many more. Chris is also currently a CPD and RES trainer for Real Centre Network.

Mr Moses Chew

Mr Moses Chew is a Partner of Estate Exchange Consulting which specializes in property valuation and project consultancy. Previously from SIA, Moses was responsible for space planning and property contracts management of the SIA Group. He has spear-headed the purchases of SIA offices worldwide and oversees the renovations, refurbishments and development of SIA’s office in Los Angeles, Madrid, Fukuoka, Brisbane, Berlin, New York and Beijing. Moses is a Licensed Appraiser for land and buildings in Singapore and he holds a MBA and a Bachelor’s of Science in Estate Management from NUS. Moses has been appointed as an Adjunct Assoc. Professor with the Department of Real Estate at NUS.

Mr Jeffrey Yong

Ms Cheryl Sum

Cheryl has more than 9 years of experience in the real estate industry. She specialises in providing consultancy and coaching services in the areas of business organization; human resource capabilities; workflow efficiency; consumers and product strategies to real estate companies across the South East Asia region.

A certified business coach in Singapore, Cheryl has coached over 1,600 business leaders and employees from SMEs in Singapore and Vietnam till date. She is often invited as a key speaker for various inauguration, business and entrepreneurship seminars held in Singapore and key developing cities in Malaysia and Vietnam. As a subject expert, Cheryl is often featured and interviewed on various online media and news agencies in Singapore and Vietnam.

Cheryl is currently an associate lecturer at Coleman College.

Mr Harry Yeo
MBA (Oklahoma City University, USA)

Mr Harry Yeo is a real estate practitioner and trainer. He has a total of 45 years of work experience, with 22 years of teaching experience in real estate courses. Prior to joining the real estate industry, he has held senior executive positions at various financial institutions in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand. Harry started his teaching career in 1996 by preparing students for the CEHA. To-date, he has taught thousands of students who have successfully passed the various real estate examinations.

Harry holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University of U.S.A., a Certificate-in-CEHA, Certificate-in-REA, Certificate-in-RES and Certificate in Conveyancing Law from SIM University. He is also a fully qualified ACTA certified-trainer for WDA's Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) training programme.

Dr Tan Tee Khoon

Dr Tan Tee Khoon is currently Country Manager of a leading proptech company in Singapore. With 50 staff under his charge, Tee Khoon is responsible for the sales strategy and growth of the Singapore business.

He was formerly the KEO of KF Property Network Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Knight Frank Singapore. He was also the immediate past 1st Vice-President of SEAA Ltd.

He has lectured in certification courses for real estate from 1996 to 2002; as well as in the academic programs leading to the BSc (Building), MBA and PhD (Education, Training & Performance Management). Tee Khoon was also adjunct lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2005.

Mr Philip Tan
Director (Corporate Real Estate & Advisory), VestAsia Group

Philip Tan is the Director of Real Estate Advisory at VestAsia Group. With over 35 years in the real estate industry, Philip brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning both public and private sectors. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Estate Management and Masters of Science (Property and Maintenance Management). He was with the Lands and Estate Organisation of Ministry of Defence for the first 11 years of his career. In 1997, Philip joined Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) as the Deputy Director for the development of the International Business Park (at Jurong East) and Changi Business Park.

After JTC, Philip moved on to become a Senior Regional Manager for IBM Asia Pacific responsible for planning, development and implementation of Corporate Real Estate Strategies and operations from the year 2000 to 2008.

In 2008, Philip was headhunted by an executive search firm to join Northern Trust, a Chicago-based bank. He led and supported the Bank’s growth strategies in Bangalore, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Manila, Seoul and Singapore. Philip’s vision was to achieve and deliver the most cost-effective occupancy real estate. In March 2015, as Head of International Real Estate, his role was expanded and responsible for Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East. His achievements included the set-up of offices in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and comprehensive lease structuring in Europe and Middle East. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in Feb. 2016.

Philip joined VestAsia in 2019 as Director (Corporate Real Estate and Advisory) to assist in the expansion of the company and promote its services in the Asia Pacific Region.

Mr Primus Yuan
ACTA Certified

Primus is an entrepreneur, realtor and a trainer. He started off training at a young age of 19 as an Army combat engineer bridging instructor. He joined real estate at age 21 and he has gained exposure and valuable experiences as a realtor in different segment of the market.

As an advocator of lifelong learning, he continuously learn different educational theories and methodologies to design, develop and deliver training courses. He has been conducting training and mentoring in the real estate industry for the last 25+ years.

Since then, he has trained thousands of salespersons in various real estate training and personal development programmes including CPD courses, sales and leadership boot camp. As part of his own pay it forward initiatives, he is determined to share his knowledge and skills in helping the young real estate salesperson to succeed in the industry. Mr Hauw Kheng Lip
M.Sc.(Real Estate) and B.Sc.(Estate Management), NUS

Graduated with a B.Sc. (Estate Management) and M. Sc. (Real Estate) from National University of Singapore, Kheng Lip started his real estate career in 1986 holding senior positions with various listed real estate developers specializing in marketing of commercial real estate and managing a diversified portfolio ranging from office buildings, shopping malls to large mixed-use developments. His last appointment was General Manager(Commercial Marketing) of UOL Group Limited. Responsible for the re-positioning/re-branding of United Square Shopping Mall to a Kids Learning Mall with premier enrichment centres and Velocity@Novena Square into a lifestyle sports mall, Kheng Lip was also instrumental in securing key office tenants like Procter & Gamble Asia, Total Asia and CPF Board under UOL Group’s office portfolio.

A licensed appraiser registered with the Inland Revenue of Singapore and a certified trainer for RES and CPD courses approved by CEA, Kheng Lip is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers(SISV) and an Associate Faculty at the School of Science & Technology of Singapore University of Social Sciences(SUSS).

Mr Ray Ng

Mr Ray Ng was a Sales and Marketing manager in a multi-billion MNC for over 14 years where he oversaw brand and product management in the FMCG industry. Ray also specializes in Private and Residential properties where he is a project and team director of new product launch. He is a licensed estate agent & KEO and Ray is the owner of his own consultancy firm – Top Producers Training Consultancy.

Ray has been a RES and CPD trainer for over 10 years. He specializes in professional selling skills and marketing training where he trained many current top producers and top team managers. Ray is a UK Chartered Marketer and was winner of the Singapore Realtor of the Year Award.
