HDB Resale Policies Update (P201S0504)

From time-to-time, HDB reviews their housing policies to meet current housing needs or to keep them in-line with the housing measures introduced by the government to ensure a stable and sustainable property market. This lesson will help participants have a good knowledge and understanding of HDB resale policies and their latest update. The lesson will also cover relevant case studies to help participants better understand how recent resale policy changes affect the selling, buying, financing and transaction procedures of resale flats. 

 

 Learning Outcome:

At the end of this session, participants will have a good knowledge and understanding of the following:

 

• Being conversant and comply with the rules and regulations that apply to HDB flat transactions, pursuant to Clause 4 of the Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care 

• HDB resale policy changes and how the changes affect the selling and buying of resale flats

 HDB resale policy changes and how the changes affect the loans and financing of resale flats

 HDB resale policy changes and how the changes affect the overall transaction procedures of resale flats
